Peppermint x In the Folds: Peppermint Playsuit

Have you checked out Peppermint Magazine and their amazing patterns? They do amazing collaborations with incredible indie pattern designers to give “pay what you can” access to the sewing community.

When I first bought this incredible fabric from Merchant and Mills I knew I wanted to do a jumpsuit but wasn’t sure which one to use. After searching multiple hashtags I found the Peppermint Playsuit. Once I saw this was done by In the Folds I knew it was THE pattern.

For this pattern I ended up adding in two darts on my higher bust because it gaped. This fixed the issue and I made sure to make this change to my pattern pieces for my next version. The other change was doubling the size of the straps, this was purely cosmetic and based on my person preference.

To complete the look I paired the jumpsuit with my anthea blouse and absolutely love the final look. What do you think?
